Voices of the Cerrado

Cultural and ecological restoration in a biodiversity hotspot supporting a traditional community in the heart of the Brazilian savannah. With your help, we can preserve and restore 200 hectares alongside the Santa Bárbara waterfall, an area that is vital for hydrology and popular for ecotourism. Establish 25 agroforestry plots. Opportunity to partner with UK schools.

Maranhão: Connecting Mangroves in the Amazon

Support the connection between threatened ecosystems and the stories of hundreds of Quilombola communities. Donate now to empower and employ 40 people as local leaders, seed collectors and planters to improve biodiversity, restoring critically important mangrove areas for crabs, manatees and other local fauna species. Your donation will directly help to restore over 55 hectares of degraded land and plant over 1 million trees.

Trees of Music

This project is working hard to prerserve the pernambuco trees used to make bows for stringed instruments – a trade that has pushed the tree to the brink of extinction.  The goal is to plant one million trees in the Atlantic Forest to increase water flow, regenerate the ecosystem and provide habitat for many endangered species.
