If you believe that any information we hold on you is incorrect or incomplete, please contact us and we will correct any inaccuracies promptly. You can also ask us to erase some or all of your information and to limit the processing we undertake or object to it. We will respond within 30
days of receipt of your request. Please give us as much detail as possible about
yourself to enable us to find your records.
Data we collect
When you contact us, to enquire about partnering or working with us, or when you sign up for email updates or make a donation, or register for an event etc. we may collect:

- Contact information including address, telephone number and email address
- Other information such as postcode, preferences and interests

- Other information relevant to donations, such as your Gift Aid status.

Compliance with the law and best practice
RAIN complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), which came into force in May 2018. RAIN is a community interest company
registered with the FCA and complies with the Companies Act 2006.
We will never sell your data to a third party or swap it with a third party. We will never publish your data. We may pass information to trusted partners for some specialist processing work, such as to a mailing house to print and post letters. Such partners must also comply with Data Protection laws.
